摘要：ABSTRACT :The financial report is a very important tool to obtain information relating to thecompany's financial position. Financial data will be more easily understood ifthe data is comparable with using financial ratios. Nevertheless, the financialstatements of interpretation was necessary to translate the results alreadyobtained to find out more about the circumstances and financial development ofthe company in accordance with the requirements of parties interested in thecompany. Evaluation of the consolidated financial statements of Bank Mandiri2002-2006 performed to determine or assess the potential financial performanceof bank Mandiri, which occurred in a period of time that is necessary for internalparties in this case the bank concerned to determine or make decisions, as wellas for external parties as a basis in determining investment decisions
