  • 摘要:ABSTRACT :A satisfied customer is an unbeatable advantage. Satisfying customers is the bestdefense against the competition, because satisfied customers will remain loyal toconsume goods and services produced by the company. Measurement ofcustomer satisfaction levels is very important and beneficial for the company toevaluate its position amid the competition and to take appropriate managerialdecisions. Alfamart As with retail companies, currently competing fairly withother companies, so the authors wanted to know how much the level ofcustomer satisfaction against Alfamart. Using Non-Probability Samplingmethods and by spreading the 100 questionnaires to the respondents, the authorsobtain the result: the response given by the consumers of products, facilities, andservices Alfamart Depok Branch Nature Preserve Enough highest satisfactionare met and there is at service, after that final products and facility. With thenumber of respoden Men = 59.5%; Women = 40.5%. With the percentageresults: Items = 63.8% - 78.7%, Facility = 42.5% - 70.4%, Service = 69, 15% -79.7%).
