摘要：Performance is a measure of the success of every business. Various performancetechniques have been developed to provide a precise description of eachbusiness. Balanced Scorecard is one of the techniques used to measureperformance based on four perspectives, namely financial perspective, customerperspective, internal business processes, and learning and growth perspective.This research was conducted to measure the performance of PT MandomIndonesia Tbk by using the Balanced Scorecard analysis. In determining thecompanys performance, the authors use these data in the form of financialstatements, ie balance sheet and income statement of the company. In addition,the authors also distributing questionnaires to customers and employees of PTMandom Indonesia Tbk. From the results obtained by the authors based onanalysis of the Balanced Scorecard can be seen that the performance of thecompany in good position.. It also can be seen from the score of eachperspective through a questionnaire whose results showed a good position.
