摘要:One of the problems faced by the company is staffing factor. Each employee hasthe education, skills, and abilities that are different, making the company shouldbe able to optimize its employees. Placement of employees who are not inaccordance with the skill he has will cause the loss for the company, eitherreduced productivity or performance of the employee. One way to overcomethis problem is, using the Hungarian Method. Scientific writing is to know theplacement of employees on Hartono whether subcontractors were optimal and inaccordance with the expertise of its employees.
