摘要：The presence of employees in the corporate environment is very important andinfluential to the success of a company because of employees direct role in acompany. Placing the employee must comply with the expertise and skillspossessed because if the company wrong in placing its employees it will resultin less effective and efficient manner that will be experienced by the companyitself. Scientific writing is aimed to know the mode of administration duties andon the operational employment CEMERLANG FRAME, obtained the optimaltime of labor in completing the work, thereby increasing the amount ofproduction. The data analysis was done by looking at the productivity of labor intasks given and can be calculated with the method of assignment.
