摘要：Installment sales are sales made, whereby the seller receives payment (DP) andthe remainder paid in installments over an agreed time limit. In this installmentsale are four methods that can be used by companies for the sale of interestcalculation, namely the Contract Price Method Time Method, End of LongInterest, Short End Interest Method and Method Annuitet. The method is amethod used by companies Price Contract Time. This method is more profitableto the company because the interest income generated is greater than using othermethods. This is because in this method, interest charges are calculated from theinitial principal loan balance net of advances, making a total payment for eachperiod will generate an equal amount.
