摘要:Robert S Kaplan and David P. Norton in 1992 reported observations on thecompanys research projects and to introduce a performance assessmentmethodology oriented view to the future strategy that called with BalanceScorecard. Balanced Scorecard concept was developed to complement thefinancial and performance measurement as an important tool for theorganization to reflect new thinking in the era of business competition and theeffectiveness of the organization in determining how the companysperformance, the authors use these data in the form of financial statements iebalance sheet and income statement company, other than that the author is alsodistributing questionnaires to employees and customers of PT BNI (Persero)Tbk. From the result, the condition can be said to be good company because ofsupport from employees and customers because the average of the results ofquestionnaires of employees and customers generate maximum value, andtherefore the company should begin to implement the balanced scorecard systemand analysis so that company performance can be measured more leverage andbetter so that companies can generate better profits than usual to get thecompany.
