摘要：Key Words : investment, feasibility, analysisABSTRACT :In this research, the writer discussed about the investment process which wasoccured at PT. Casanova, South Jakarta (Bintaro) by using the method offeasibility bussines; the Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR)and Payback Period.which purposed to analyze the investment feasibility whichwas occurred at PT. Casanova. The purpose of doing this feasibility researchwas to avoid the excessive investment on public transportion services (S.08)with its route Lebak Bulus-Pondok Aren that were not profitable. In doing abusiness generally we use a lot of assessment investment methods to measurethe benefits of the transportation services included a method in calculating theNPV method of the present value of investment compare with the present valueof net cash receipts will be biger in the future than the current value of theinvestment. The IRR method can be defined as the interest rate that will makethe present value of net income which was expected to receive the same as thevalue of the present value of capital expenditure, and Payback Period methodmeasured how fast the investment can be returned with the results of time units.Of those three methods, it was showed that the proposal investment for adding anew fleet and operating a business on public transportion services (S.08) whichits route Lebak Bulus-Pondok Aren at PT. Casanova can be accepted.
