  • 摘要:In this science is made to determine customer satisfaction with quality ofservices provided Indomaret. This shows that the service is an important aspectin running any business. The analysis used in this research that uses suchmethods to get the result that consumers are satisfied with Indomaret serviceprovided by the visits of the five dimensions, price, tangible, empathy,responsiveness, and the dimensions of certainty.
