Employees will work harder with bonusesmade by the company. Because the bonuses will be more trigger performanceand high productivity. From the calculation results obtained by calculating thecorrelation coefficient r = 0.98, which means between the amount of bonusreceived by employees' productivity has a positive and very strong. Positivemeans that the relations between the two variables is unidirectional, meaningthat if x (bonus) rose then y (productivity) is also increased and vice versa
