  • 摘要:Perumnas is the only system capable of supplying public housing extends almostthe entire country, and now things are different. Procurement of housing anincreasingly diverse, filled out by various agencies began managed by localgovernments, city governments, private entrepreneurs, to individuals or groupsof society. Perumnas has come up with public housing, complete with allfacilities and infrastructure, preparation, provision and land management in thecontext of regional development has also progressed very rapidly. To improvesales results, then Perumnas able to determine appropriate promotionalstrategies, effective, and efficient. In this scientific research method that usedwriter is a method of collecting primary data and secondary data.. Based on theresults of simple linear regression analysis, can be seen that the equation is Y =805,156.59 to 1384.63 X. From the results of analysis show that r = -0.379 and14.36%, this means increasing the cost of campaigns has an influence on thecost of sales while the rest ie = 85.64% of sales are influenced by other charges.
