  • 摘要:ABSTRACT :Satisfaction is a function of perception / impression of the performance andexpectations. If performance is below expectations, the customer is not satisfied.If performance expectations, customer satisfaction. If performance exceedsexpectations, customers very satisfied or pleased. The objectives of this researchis to identify the variables that affect the level of consumer satisfaction choseMobile Nokia series 7610, based on the dimensions of product quality, price,service quality, and emotional factors. The study was conducted on consumersmobile phones Nokia series 7610 users, such as students / student Faculty ofEconomics, Department of Management, Level, Tier One, UniversityGunadarma. The data used are primary data, where data were collected bydistributing questionnaires to 50 respondents by taking samples of student /student Gunadarma University who use mobile phones Nokia series 7610.. Themethod used in this study is the method of chi square (chi squared). The resultswere obtained X2 = 126.95 count is greater than X2 Table = 18.5494, then Ho isrejected and Ha accepted. Dimension which has the highest percentage is thedimension of emotional factors with a value of 201.33, and the dimensions ofthe price with the lowest percentage of 163.67. Thus, it can be concluded thatconsumers overall were satisfied with the Mobile Nokia 7610 based on thedimensions of emotional factors
