  • 摘要:Electric train is one of the fastest means of transportation and the most widelyused by people who want to save time. In this case whether by means of rapidtransportation consumers principally electric train service users are satisfiedwith the services provided by the company KRL AC Economics. Customersatisfaction is a prerequisite for the success of a companys goods and services.Customer satisfaction is determined by the quality of goods and services thatcustomers want, so quality assurance become a top priority for every companyat this moment and used as a benchmark for corporate competitive advantage.The consumer satisfaction research, the authors conducted a study on carriage ofEconomics AC electricity consumers to know whether the service userEconomy AC electric trains had been satisfied with the services these companiesKRL AC Economics.. In this calculation we got the result that there are differentlevels of service user satisfaction KRL AC Economics.
