In todayshighly technological progress plays an important role in everyday life as aninternet cafe business where service providers have been very numerous andvery easy to find. So the important thing to be prioritized by the cafe, in order tomaintain quality and customer satisfaction, then the cafe facilities should beadequate. Scientific writing is aimed to know the relationship between the levelof customer satisfaction with the facility internet cafe in the vein plaza, roadblocks C14 Pioneer Independence, Independence Mall, Bogor (from December5 to 19 April 2008) by using chi square. Based on the above discussion andanalysis, from the questionnaires with 12 questions to 100 customers Vena PlazaInternet at Regions Jl. Pioneer Independence Mall Independence C14 block,Bogor.. From the calculation results obtained with the Chi Square = 33.1 c2count is greater than c2 table (0:05; 4) = 9:48, this means that Ho refused andHa is accepted it means that every visitor using the internet facilities at the VenaPlaza Internet were satisfied.
