  • 摘要:ABSTRACT :This scientific research is about the optimum time minimization problem in ajob in the culinary business Resto aquarium using the Assignment Method(Hungarian). For a leader in making decisions to determine when the jobeffectively and efficiently is necessary because otherwise would result in a poorcondition for company. So with this purpose in wishing to achieve is to find outhow the employment of employees who do have the right company and to findmethods of assignment can be done to overcome the problem employeeplacement based on completion time of the calculation results obtained, it isknown that the time required for produce one type of food with the AssignmentMethod (Hungarian) is about 11.88 minutes. Where an employee is placed onthe Yono Chef (cook), the employee is placed on the Ari Line Cook, andemployees located at the Joseph Priperation.
