摘要:Keyword: Key words : Work Discipline, Work Productivity.Abstrack:ABSTRACT :In the current era of globalization, all aspects of life are required to show the best so in this case, a company should prepare itself to face the challenges that exist, and true human being who holds a large role in an organization. To make changes in a positive direction, then the humans needs powerful man in human interests must be arranged in a management of Human Resource Management (HRM). The quality of employees can be seen from the discipline of the work done everyday. With high labor discipline spur is expected to increase the input companies that bring profit. According to a statement Sinungan (2003:148) “Dicipline encourage productivity / discipline are an important means to achieve productivitas”. The purpose of this study to analyze the effect on the productivity of labor discipline employees of PT. Food Station Tjipinang Jaya. Sampling data processing method performed by non-probability sampling approach is the sampling method that not all members of the population given the opportunity to be elected as the research sample. Data analysis was conducted validity and reliability, normality test, the test P-Plot, and classical assumption, then simple linear regression test.
