One attempt to gain advantage and attract more customers is toprovide satisfaction to consumers. If necessary giving cheaper prices thancompetitors. What is the level of customer satisfaction Restaurant Pondok PakJon? Thus expected to attract consumers to visit. The data used in this study areprimary data which represents data obtained from the first source is from theresults of questionnaire filling. In the data processing is used descriptiveanalysis to analyze a problem with the use of tables and Chi-square method.From the calculations can be concluded that the calculated value is 110.06 ?> ?value of the table 18.549. Then Ho is rejected and Ha accepted, which meansconsumers feel satisfied at Pondok Restaurant Mr. Jon. Bibliography(1997-2006)
