摘要:Quality of service is estimated to affect the number of subscribers and therefore,conducted research on Multipurpose Cooperative Enterprises Tunas Jaya byanalyzing the data with 50 sets of questionnaires. Service quality is measuredbased on the dimensions of reliability, responsif, confidence, empathy andtangible. Based on the results of questionnaires that have been processed data isobtained the level of compatibility between the performance score with a scoreof interest. The average score and performance level of interest rates is obtainedby dividing by the number of respondents (50 respondents) that will produce themean value of 3.80 for value and importance level of 4.84 value indicates thatthe implementation of service quality that has been done KSU Tunas Jaya isvery good overall.
