摘要：Scientific writing is made to determine the influence of education and trainingprograms on the productivity of employees working at the company. To obtainan accurate and objective data, research uses a library that includes observationsand interviews and analysis of productivity data directly using the formula, thecorrelation coefficient, and simple correlation analysis. As for the writing of thisscientific authors attempted to determine the effect penididikan programs andemployee training to work productivity in the enterprise. In accordance with thecalculations we can conclude it (r) of 0.9212, which means there is a very strongpositive relationship between education and training programs that cover costswith the level of productivity in PT.
