Themotorcycle is a product of an automotive company, which is a means of transportationfor personal use, is required for a condition that can satisfy customers. In the tightcompetition among the automotive industry today, especially a motorcycle, then theincrease in customer satisfaction must be considered to achieve improved corporateprofits and high customer loyalty. The purpose of this study was to analyze theinfluence of variables on customer loyalty in the Honda brand motorcycle products.In this study, use of primary data collected from 110 respondents selected bysimple random sampling. Data were analyzed using multiple regression analysis.The results showed that product quality affects customer loyalty and customersatisfaction affects customer loyalty.
