摘要:ABSTRACT :Bank management key to success is how the Bank can win the heart of thecommunity, so that its role as a financial intermediary can work well (Sinungan:2000: 79). One of the things that can win the heart of society is the existence ofgood banking services. For customers, knowing the service a bank can assist indecision-making banks can be trusted or not. In this study the author takes anobject of research at PT. Bank DKI branch treasuries Gunadarma UniversityMargonda Raya Depok. Based on calculations of data through the questionnaireresults and fifty respondents with 15 questions, using the Likert scale methodcan be seen that the value of 4.47 whereas the implementation of the expectedvalue is 4.43. Conduct of greater value than the expected value. MeansGunadarma University student satisfaction as a customer of PT. Bank DKI tothe cash office service PT. Bank DKI branch Gunadarma University MargondaRaya already fulfilled.
