摘要:ABSTRACT :Scientific writing is about the analysis of employee performance appraisal at thecentral office of PT. Agriculture (Persero). The factors driving the performanceappraisal is to determine kemempuan employee, discipline and responsibility inthe company. PT. Agriculture is one of the state-owned enterprises (SOEs).Performance appraisal is a process to evaluate or assess the work performanceof employees. The purpose of scientific writing that will be achieved in writingis to know and analyze employee performance appraisal. To achieve theresearch objectives, the author conducted interviews with the company anddirect observation. To be able to process the data in scientific writing is thewriter uses descriptive analytical tools to easily understood and quantitativeanalysis by using the helper list and rating scale (Rating Scale). From theresearch results can be seen that the company's performance appraisal is enough,because the can score a mean of 74, and according to each employee's jobdescription or in accordance with the assessment element. Element - the elementis the presence of assessment, loyalty, honesty, discipline, creativity,cooperation, leadership, personality, responsibility, work quality, complianceand communication.
