摘要：The title of this writing is the application of scientific methods in the distributionof the Assignment of Pastries and Cakes Wet at UD Utik in Boyolali, CentralJava. This research was conducted to determine how the placement ofemployees in the distribution for achieving the optimal time using theassignment method. Thus, in transferring the cake to one other area of the areacan be effective and efficient. After doing research to get an optimal outcomewith the results of a cake delivery time employees assigned to the UD Utik yitu175 minutes. This means that employees assigned to iwan on cake delivery toareas with a time of 50 minutes Sukoharjo, employees Budi in to send a cookieto assign Karanganyar area with 50 minutes time, employees assigned to Jokoon cake delivery to the Klaten area with a time of 30 minutes and employeesTanto assigned for delivery on the cake to the Solo by the time 45 minutes.
