摘要:Consumer satisfaction is a summary of the attributes of the phenomenontogether with the consumption of other emotions (Oliver, 1992). Thus, the levelof satisfaction is the result of customer perceived attributes together with otherconsumption. Data or variables used is included primary data where the data istaken based on the research questionnaire directly to the consumer. The analysismethod is to use the Likert method and chi square test in which the calculationsare per performance and per the interests of each dimension. Results calculatedfrom data obtained using these methods show the final result as follows: studiesconducted by taking samples at random by the number of 100 respondents inwhich there are 4 (four) dimensions that are analyzed, namely DimensionsProduct, Price, Reliability, and Service consumers feel Suzuki motorcycleministry satisfied with the total amount of 400.25.. And denganuji chi squarewhere Ho is rejected because the X ² count equal to 52.14 hectares located inthe X ² table is 21.02. Thus, Ha Ho accepted and rejected, which means thatconsumers are satisfied with the service of Suzuki motorcycles products.
