摘要：ABSTRACT :The ultimate goal of the company is a profit / gain from the process ofproduction or business activities, whether conducted by the company on a largescale and small scale companies. Income / gains in production management isclosely linked to the ability of companies in the optimized use of inputs orresources. The resources used can be labor, raw materials, capital and so onwithin the company which was subsequently processed into products needed byconsumers. To overcome these problems used a linear programming method isby simplex method.. The method used to obtain data that is by interview,observation method and the method of the literature. Based on discussions toobtain the maximum profit the company produces and Bread Baking Chocolatecombined with a profit of Rp. 750 products from every unit of Brown Bread andUSD 1000 from any combination of bread product units. With the constraints orrestrictions in the form of flour chakra, butter, sugar, eggs, milk powder, cocoapowder, cheese. From these two types of bread products that can provideoptimal benefits is Brown bread, while the combination of bread can notmaximize profits.
