摘要：Investment Feasibility Study is a research about the feasibility of an investmentproject is implemented, whether the project is a new project or development ofexisting projects. The purpose of this study, to know whether the investmentexpansion undertaken by PT PRIMA feasible to be done or not. Researchcarried out on aspects of market, technical and financial aspects. In the financialaspects to be evaluated based on criteria of payback period, net present value,internal rate of return and benefit cost ratio and sensitivity analysis. Themethodology used is literature study and observation, by collecting and collatingthe data and then analyze the data. From the results of this study suggested thecompany seek new buyers for the products produced and also pay attention tolabor productivity and sales revenue to maintain the stability of not less thanestimated.
