And a companycan be said to be more superior if he has an advantage over other companies andhas extensive market share. The condition of the company can grow rapidly dueto excellent management capabilities. KFC Corporation has a good strategy inthe face of competition faced. From the use of force to take advantage ofopportunities to produce SO strategy (Strenght-Opportunities). Exploitingopportunities to overcome existing weaknesses in the company that leads thestrategy WO (Weakness-Opportunities). ST Strategies (Strenght-Threat) toavoid the threat. While strtaegi WT (Weakness-Threat) to minimize weaknessesand avoid threats.
