摘要：In this scientific writing, the author discusses how investment processes thatoccur on the Rental Computer PSYCOTI by using a business feasibility studythat is Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR) and PaybackPeriod, with the aim of analyzing the feasibility of investment is happening onPSYCOTI Computer Rental. The feasibility study is a research project aboutwhether a project can be implemented successfully. The purpose is to do afeasibility study to avoid the excess of too large investment on this computerrental services for activities that were not profitable. A project business ingeneral uses investment methods assessment to measure the benefits of theseservices. This computer rental using is a method of calculating the NPV ofinvestment present value difference. With the present value of net cash receiptswill be the future more than the current value of the investment, the IRR methodcan be defined as the interest rate that will make the present value of net incomeis expected to receive the same in the value of the present value of capitalexpenditure, and Payback Period. This method measures how fast theinvestment can be returned with the results of time units. Of the three methods,showed that the proposed investment to add these computers can be accepted.
