  • 摘要:In scientific writing, the author discusses about customer satisfaction at CanteenRestaurant Mama, because creating customer satisfaction as the key to thesuccess of achieving goals. In connection with the foregoing, the authors wereinterested in analyzing customer satisfaction at Mama's Restaurant and Cafeteriaaims to identify the dominant variables in determining customer satisfaction atMama's Restaurant Cafeteria. Analysis tools used Chi Square. Based on theanalysis results obtained, the result of Chi Square (x ²) Calculate = 13125.66greater than the Chi Square (x ²) Table = 26.2962 then Ho is rejected and Haaccepted, which means that customers are satisfied with the services providedby the diner Cafeteria Mama.
