摘要：Keywords : Gross Regional Domestic Product, Number Of Citizen, Number Of Patients’Visitings , Number Of Society Health Centers, Realization Of Health Service RetributionABSTRACTSources income of regional goverment which can be done to increase regional authentic incomeare by increasing income from regional taxes revenue, regional retribution, revenue of region’scorporates and separated processing regional wealth and other legal regional authentic income.One of basic services for regional goverment is health service. For increasing of giving healthservice to society is needed health service act which is satisfied and capable of reaching everysociety component suits with their economic ability and satisfied arrangement sources ofregional authentic income. Effort of Financial source arrangement can be done by retributioncollection of health service. For years, retribution is under the influence of demand growth orservice consumption.The aim of this research are for knowing influence of gross regional domestic product, numberof citizen, number of patients’ visitings and number of society health centers against realizationof health service retribution acceptance at society health center of Bekasi city. This research usedsecondary data from statistic center and health agency of Bekasi city and the tool of analizys ismultiple regretion analizys.The conclution of this research are gross regional domestic product and number of citizen havepositive influence and significant to health service retribution acceptance at society health centerof Bekasi city. Meanwhile, number of patients’ visitings does not have influence to healthservice retribution acceptance and number of society health center has negative influence andsignificant to health service retribution acceptance.
