摘要：Keywords: Liquidity ratio, Solvency ratio and Profitability ratioABSTRACTCooperative as one of the driving wheels of the economy of the people who have beenregarded as the comer stone of people’s economy and as the comer stone of the nation’seconomy are necessary to repair and remodeling held financial performance ofcooperatives. Besides the cooperative as a joint venture on the basis of kinship andprioritizes the interests of the welfare/community.This study aims to determine the financial performance of the agency office employeescooperation landscaping and funeral of DKI Jakarta province in 2004-2008 in terms of ratioanalysis liquidity, solvency and profitability. The data used are secondary data in the formof financial statement is balance sheet and profit/loss. Data analysis method used isdescriptive method and the comparative method.Result of analysis of financial ratio agency office employees cooperation landscaping andfuneral of DKI Jakarta province for 5 (five) year round, starting from 2004 until the year2008 is the liquidity ratio (current ratio, quick ratio and cash ratio) can be detected in lessgood condition because of a decline. The solvency ratio (total debt to total equity and totaldebt to total assets) can be detected in a state is not good because there was an increasefrom year to year. The profitability ratio, especially business profitability can be less wellknown in the state because there ups and downs from year to year.
