  • 摘要:On Scientific Writing, the author discusses about customer satisfaction inRestaurant Meatball Steady Cimanggis branch. Because it creates customersatisfaction as the key to the success of achieving their goals. Related to theabove, the authors were interested in analyzing customer satisfaction inRestaurant Meatball Steady Cimanggis branches and aims to identify thedominant variables in determining customer satisfaction in Restaurant MeatballSteady Cimanggis branch. Analysis tool used Chi Square. Based on the analysisresults obtained Chi Square (Ï 2) Calculate = 43.07 greater than the Chi Square(Ï 2) table = 23.542. So Ho refused and Ha is received, which means thatcustomers are satisfied with the services provided by Hospitality MeatballSteady Cimanggis branch.
