摘要:Each company must be willing to increase the productivity of their employeesworking, so that corporate goals can be run more effectively and efficiently. Thecompany also sees no meaning if the company does not provide remuneration inthe form of bonus motivation. Therefore, it required an effort motivateemployees in order to increase work productivity. The purpose of this scientificwriting is the author wanted to know the effect of salary and bonus motivationin improving work productivity of employees at PT PANCA wheel tireretreading JAMBI. The research method by observation of the companysresearchers went to retrieve the data needed, by way of direct mewancaraicompany owner, and Library Research is research done by reading a book,magazine, and training in libraries or other outside sources that have anything todo with the discussion. While the determination and analysis of multiplecorrelation coefficients obtained for 60%, which is influenced by salaries,bonuses and almost reaches 100%, while the remaining 40% is affected by therevenues earned and the number of employees, while the correlation wasobtained at 0.77 which means the relationship between productivity, wages , andthe bonus is very strong or positive because of values obtained nearing (1). Sothe salaries and bonuses issued by comparable companies and obtainedproductivity PT PANCA wheel tire retreading JAMBI also have a major effecton the productivity of employees working.
