摘要:This study aims to determine the marketing strategy used by ARENA futsal andto evaluate the success of its marketing strategy in effort to improve customerapplied by ARENA Futsal, using the marketing mix (Marketing Mix) consistingof Place, Price, Product, Promotion, People, Process , and Phisycal Evidence(7P) and SWOT Analysis. And from the results of this research is that inapplying the Marketing Mix, the company has implemented a good strategywith, among others: the price is relatively affordable for students and learnersand to provide good quality services. However, there is one problem with theHR or the companys workforce that is less alert field officers in servingcustomers. While the SWOT analysis in mind that ARENA Futsal has greaterstrength with the threats that exist around them.
