  • 摘要:With advances in todays era, most women really pay attention to beauty andthe beauty of her body, so no more frequently than they look beautiful andcaptivating, as well as men. For that customer satisfaction must be consideredespecially for salon entrepreneurs. It should be noted that the main thing is thelevel of service. Therefore, in this scientific research, the authors wanted toknow the level of customer satisfaction and the variables that most influence thelevel of customer satisfaction. This research used questionnaires, interviews, andobservation while an analysis tool used is the Chi-square analysis and LikertScale. From the calculation of Chi-Square is known to calculate the value of65.46 x2> x2 21:02 table then reject Ho and accept Ha, so the conclusion thatcustomers are satisfied with the service at the Inan Salon And Spa.
