摘要：The purpose of this paper is to determine the relationship between the financialperformance of PT Sara Lee Body Care Indonesia Tbk. for the period2001-2005 to the stock price, and to know how big influence on stock prices.Writing method performed by the author is a research library, by reading andstudying books, lecture notes associated with the object of research suggested bythe authors. Moreover, I also conduct field research, to obtain the data neededby the authors. The data obtained from the Capital Market Reference Center(PRPM) JSE. Conclusion of the study was based on the value of the correlationcoefficient for Profitability ratios have unidirectional relationships and strongenough, while Earning Per Share has a direction relationship and powerfulenough, Price Earning Ratio memililiki relationship is not unidirectional andweakly to the stock price.
