  • 摘要:Customer satisfaction is an unbeatable advantage and satisfying customers is agood defense against the competition, because satisfied customers will remainloyal. Measuring the level of customer satisfaction becomes important and verybeneficial for the company to evaluate its position amid the competition. InScientific Writing is entitled: An Analysis of Consumer Satisfaction Of ServicesAt Salon Mulyo, the author wants to know the level of customer satisfactionwith quality of services provided by Salon Mulyo using chi square test. Orvariable data used are primary data where the data is retrieved based on thespread of research questionnaires to 50 respondents with a total sample or 10questions, using Likert scale.
