摘要：This research studied the queue that occurred on Sunday IV MinimarketIndomaret to date 23 April 2007 s / d on 29 April 2007 and the date May 1, 2007s / d Date May 7, 2007, in order to know the Queue System on the Day of NoHolidays and Public Holidays. From the calculation, it is known the calculationusing the 3 cashier Singlechanel method, singlephase Day No Holiday at a busypart time cashier produce 72% and 28% of time is not busy working in one hourwith an average time of 3 minutes queue. While on Holidays busy part timecashier produce 86% and 14% of time is not busy working in one hour with anaverage queue time 7.62 minutes. If according to calculations using two busypart time cashier cashier generate 76% and 24% when not busy with the averagequeuing time 3.66 minutes.. While on holidays does not have a problem queuingsystem so that the cashier to work optimally, therefore on the Day of No Restfor the cashier to open two facilities can work with the optimum in customerservice.
