(xi + 40 + Appendix) ABSTRACTQuality of good service from a restaurant is a thing mostimportant in giving satisfaction to the consumer. Qualityof service is good also to give a good image at the dinner.Consumers satisfaction can be viewed in terms of reliabil-ity, form, speed, security and attention. To determine cus-tomer satisfaction with service levels at the Seafood Restau-rant Pista, then distributed questionnaires to 50 respon-dents consumers Seafood Pista. In this paper the authorsuse a Likert scale as an analytical tool to determine the ef-fect of customer satisfaction with service levels. From theresearch, Seafood Restaurants Pista to give satisfaction toconsumers, as well as the highest quality variables containedin the dimension of reliability (reliability) that is equal to188.
