摘要：Key Words : analysis, investment, feasibilityABSTRACT :The purpose of doing a feasibility research was to avoid an excessive investmentthat was non profitable. In conducting the project generally the writer usedinvestment assessment methods such as the Payback Period method. Theslength of the method about 1 month 6 days, so the repayment of funds periodmay be eligible before the time specified. Net Present Value Method, thecalculation results obtained for Rp. 542,712,500 because of the positive result,so the investment was accepted. Profitability Index Method, research resultsobtained for 6.43, then the investment project could be done and profitable,because the result was greater than 1. While Internal Rate of Return method, theresults of this method for more than 19.94% interest rate required. Of all thefour methods, It can be concluded that the proposed investment for theestablishment of new branches is feasible and acceptable.
