摘要：ABSTRACT :The aim of this research is to analyze whether the new branch of Nynonet isfeasible established or not. Method used in this research is descriptivequantitative by using Payback period, NPV, IRR and PI calculations. The data istaken from the interview with the owner. Other sources are taken from booksrelate to the research. Based on the Payback Period calculation method, it isobtained that the returning time 1 year 3 months 6 days is earlier than the ownerexpected that is 1.5 year.Then, investment analysis using NPV method obtained positive results of Rp.62,979,100.1. It can be concluded that Nynonet is feasible to establish. IRRmethod obtained 60.486% larger than the interest rate 8.5%, so Nynonet iseligible declared. Similarly, Profitability Index method, Nynonet also assessedas eligible to set up the calculation result of more than 1, namely 2.07.
