摘要：Dividend is a distribution to shareholders of PT is proportional to the number ofshares owned, distributed with a fixed time interval, but are sometimes held anadditional dividend at the time which is not usual. Current ratio is a ratio whichis very important in order to megukur liquidity of the company enterprise. Priceearnings ratio used to measure the stock price. Net profit margin is used to seethe state of sales to company profits. Results obtained from this study is theexistence of a relationship between company performance assessed from thethree above ratios with a significant dividend.
