摘要:Balanced Scorecard is a strategic management concept was first developed byRobert S. Kaplan and David P. Norton in 1992 that complements the existingconcept to measure company performance. This concept introduces aperformance measurement system by dividing it into four different perspectives,namely financial perspective, customer perspective, internal business processes,and learning and growth perspective. The fourth perspective offers a balanced(balanced) between short and long term goals, the result (outcome) you want,and boosters work (performance drivers) from these results. In determining howthe companys performance, the authors use these data in the form of financialstatements ie balance sheet and income statement of the company. In addition,the authors also distributing questionnaires to customers, employees, andmanagers of PT Bisnis Indonesia.. This can be seen from the companysfinancial condition in the form of ratios are in good enough position. It also canbe seen from the score of each perspective through a questionnaire, the resultsshow good enough.
