摘要：Regional Development Bank is one potential area that should have a major rolein improving the regional economy. As a bank founded by the provincialgovernment based on regional regulations which related to the performance ofregional banks can not be separated from policies issued by respective localgovernments. The purpose of this research is to know the 26 Assets QualityRegional Development Banks by analyzing based on Current Assets, SpecialSupervision, Substandard, Doubtful and Loss Based on the results of thisresearch analysis, in general it is known that every BPD Earning Assets Qualitywithin 2005-2006 period have increased and decreased. This is due to high orlow level of credit to third parties, the issuance of letters of value to third partiesand BI, or a form of investment funds in other banks.. In this case localgovernment's role is vital in making certain policy to a percentage ofnonperforming loans can be minimized.
