摘要:ABSTRACT :Job satisfaction is one's attitude toward his job, while jobs requiringinteraction with colleagues, follow the policy of the organization, meet theperformance standards and so forth. Job satisfaction should always be monitoredbecause it affects morale, keluhankeluhan employment, labor turnover, andemployee performance. Employee performance is demonstrated by increasingtheir productivity at work. However, lack of fulfillment of employee jobsatisfaction can degrade the performance of employees. Scientific writing isentitled Analysis of Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance in PT. X. Inclosely analyzing whether or not a correlational relationship between jobsatisfaction, employee performance requires some analysis tool that is by usingmultiple linear regression calculations, coefficients of determination, multiplecorrelation (R), and F test or ANOVA test.. In accordance with the rules ofsignificance testing, the value of F calculated > F table values, which reject Hoand accept Ha, that means there is significant influence between job satisfaction,employee performance.
