摘要：In this Scientific writing is titled Feasibility Analysis of Investment AndrePS2 Rental Business The author takes the data from the PS2 Andre rentallocated on Jl. Flowers III No.12 Cimanggis. The purpose of this paper is toassess the feasibility of investment from rental PS2 Andre in anydecision-making for the opening of new branches. In scientific writing, thewriter take the data from the PS2 Andre rental located on Jl. Flowers III No.12Cimanggis. Method Profitability Index (PI) is the ratio of present value of netcash flows in the future of initial expenditures. So from the results ofcalculations performed by the four methods mentioned above, it can beconcluded that the opening of new branches PS2 Andre rentals can beacceptable. Because, according to the financial aspects then can be found usingthe results of PP calculations in mind the time required for return on investmentis over 29 months 5 days, NPV: Rp. 8.919.287, -, PI: 1.6 and IRR: 30 094%.
