  • 摘要:Today in Jakarta has a lot of the franchise that is growing rapidly. They competeto attract consumers as much as possible, for example by way of promotions,discounts, or to improve their services so that consumers were satisfied with theservices provided by the company. Scientific Writing is intended to determinewhether the services provided by Alfamart Tipar Cakung already meetsconsumer satisfaction or not. The author conducted a survey directly to thecompany to obtain the necessary data. In processing data, the author usesstatistics with Chi-Square method to how big the customer satisfaction withservices provided Alfamart Tipar Cakung. From the calculation of Chi-Squaremethod, obtained values of 28.8693 and tables X2 X2 calculate the value of63.4810. Because the count x2 > X2 table then Ho is rejected and Ha accepted.
