  • 摘要:While this economic crisis many people feel the impact of its influence, this iswhat makes people think to set up small businesses, especially not in the field ofautomotive repair shop. The purpose of this research is to determine the level ofcustomer satisfaction for services provided bike shop in Cilandak yogis. In thisstudy the author uses chi-square method and linkert scale test of 50 respondents.From the results of research, can disimpulakan that consumers feel satisfied withthe services provided by the bike shop in Cilandak yogis. This is evident fromthe results of calculating the value ? = 340.62 is greater than the table value ?0.05; 12 = 21.0261, indicating the customer satisfied with the services provided.
