摘要：ABSTRACT :Scientific Writing objective is to find out the relationship between employeecommitment and employee performance in PT FINANCE TBK. In the datacollection, the author uses research methods such as the Library Search(Research Library) or theoretical data collection from books and also FieldSearch (Research Field) that is collecting data by conducting field keperusahaanreview by giving questionnaires and retrieving data data needed for research. Byusing two variables, namely the percentage of revenue from customers percollector who is a dependent variable and committed employees who areindependent variables. Authors obtained a conclusion there was a stronginfluence between employee commitment and employee performance.
