  • 摘要:Consumer attitude is an act that directly involved in obtaining, consuming andspending of products and services, including the decision processes that precedeand develop this action. Consumer behavior (customer) has a special interest forothers with a variety of reasons to influence others or change the behavior. Thepurpose of scientific writing is to know the attitude of consumers in using creditcards. Writing this using a questionnaire distributed to customers who use creditcards. Scientific writing of this conclusion after conducting the calculation bythe method of descriptive analysis is that the attitude of consumers in usingcredit cards cause consumers to be consumptive, This is evidenced by the use ofcredit cards between 3-4 times a month and a credit card provides conveniencefacilities for people when they do not have cash
